      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled QA SDET with expertise in ServiceNow to join our Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for ServiceNow applications and integrations. You’ll play a key role in improving our testing infrastructure, ensuring robust functionality, and driving quality across our ServiceNow platform.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework), Selenium, MABL, and REST API testing tools.

      • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.

      • Implement end-to-end testing processes for ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, GRC).

      • Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing.

      • Maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation.

      • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated ServiceNow testing.

      • Analyze test results and debug issues to identify root causes.

      • Ensure testing best practices are followed within Agile/Scrum workflows.

      • Support UAT testing and work with stakeholders to validate releases.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET, with at least 1–2 years working directly on ServiceNow platform.

      • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules , architecture, and data models.

      • Experience with ServiceNow ATF and external automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).

      • Proficient in JavaScript , REST API testing , and JSON/XML data formats.

      • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

      • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC in Agile environments.

      • Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
