What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to patients through effective communication and problem-solving
- Assist in the management of patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related position
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office

- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages
- Previous experience with patient outreach and engagement strategies
