Summary:

Become part of the startup of a dynamic team that is leading NXP on a digital transformation journey. Your role is to be an ambassador for the Agile and DevOps way of working within our global NXP organization in Service Now ITSM.

Responsibilities

• One of the main points of contact for our internal customers regarding the ServiceNow platform
• Possesses in-depth functional and technical understanding of any necessary processes and functions in the business
• Work closely with the platform owner on tying business to IT requirements, including new demands
• Provides advice on how business services are delivered with a vision for improvement
• Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop and implement solutions
• Reviews stories for accurate definition and acceptance criteria
• Support the ITIL process team with guidance how to optimize the processes within ServiceNow
• Participate in architecture discussions, influence the roadmap, advisory role in the configuration of the ServiceNow Platform
• Review work and assure adherence to best standards and practices
• Recommend ways to improve efficiency and quality of the current implementation

Qualification:

• Bachelor /master's degree in computer science.
• 8+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow in one or more of the following: ITSM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, Vulnerability Management, SecOps, CMDB/CSDM
• Certified in ITILv3 or higher
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Certified ServiceNow Implementation
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow with Reporting and Performance Analytics
• Good understanding in Agile way of working
• Work experience in a large enterprise environment
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures like (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting)
• Good knowledge of integrations with SOAP/REST API
• Good understanding of out-of-the-box and customized integrations for ServiceNow.
