      Job summary

      We are seeking a dedicated TCI or TCII with 1 to 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM with no country restrictions in LATAM.       Responsibilities

      • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal applications to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM.
      • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure smooth operation.
      • Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
      • Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures.
      • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
      • Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
      • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow in a timely manner.
      • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
      • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards.
      • Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities to maximize adoption and usage.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
      • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures in all ServiceNow-related activities.

      Qualifications

      • Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM functionalities.
      • Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
      • Show proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow workflows.
      • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
      • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
      • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
      • Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of configurations and processes.
      • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is nice to have.
      • Prior experience in providing technical support for ServiceNow applications.
      • Ability to conduct system audits and performance tuning.
      • Commitment to ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

      Certifications Required

      ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
