- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal applications to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards.
- Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities to maximize adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures in all ServiceNow-related activities.
- Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM functionalities.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
- Show proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow workflows.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
