- ServiceNow Development: Design, implement, and improve applications in Virtual Agent Designer, AI Agent Studio, Integration Hub, and Skills Builder to deliver context-aware solutions.
- API Integration: Develop and handle integrations with third-party systems using Flows, Integration Hub, scripted REST messages, and outbound HTTP requests.
- ServiceNow & NowAssist Product Utilization: Build, deploy, and maintain solutions using ServiceNow technologies like Employee Center Pro portal, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skills Builder, AI Agent Studio, and Workflow Builder to construct a robust chatbot solution.
- Data Storage Architecture: Design, connect, and handle diverse data sources such as relational databases, vector databases, document repositories, and BLOB stores to support AI solutions.
- AI and LLM Utilization: Leverage large language models to optimize system instructions for natural language understanding and task execution.
- UX/UI Design: Use HTML & CSS to customize the look and feel of chatbot messages and chatbot user interface.
- Work closely with HR partners, end-users, and other developers to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously improve application performance and user experience through testing, debugging, and iterative improvements.
- Training and Support: Offer technical mentorship and training to end-users and collaborators on ServiceNow NowAssist capabilities and applications.
- Proven ability as a cloud application developer.
- Experience in developing solutions with Virtual Agent Designer, Flows, Integration Hub, Skills Builder, Workflow Builder, scripted REST APIs, outbound HTTP messages, and other sophisticated ServiceNow functionality.
- Proven understanding of API development, integration, and management.
- Experience integrating systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and OpenAuth.
- Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI) and their integration with business applications.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and serverless architectures.
- Good understanding of data repositories, search, and indexing.
- Ability to fix, debug, and optimize virtual agent.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Some familiarity with generative AI workflows and tools.
- Experience working in a development team using the Agile methodology.
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in crafting conversational AI or virtual assistants.
