Job Description
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow System Administration and Support
• Configuring Knowledge Base, Reporting and Dashboards
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other cross functional teams to find best solutions for technical issues
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures effectively
• Monitor the health, administration, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Optimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance
• Support in deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
• Contribute to ServiceNow platform upgrades through configuration tasks and feature delivery
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of ServiceNow plugins and extensions and implementation
• Good knowledge in ServiceNow Instance cloning process
• Maintain Integrations with third party systems
• Basic scripting and ATF knowledge is an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Additional Information
• 4-8 years of experience in ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow ITSM modules
