      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration and access control
      - Perform regular system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
      - Configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management and Service Catalog
      - Provide technical support to end-users and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
      - Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, Service Catalog)
      - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
      - ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certifications
      - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting)
      - Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
