      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
      - Translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solution implementations
      - Review and analyze existing applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement and integration with ServiceNow
      - Drive customer requirements for the Managed Network Services offering in collaboration with the Product Management team
      - Integrate and deploy AI tools to help isolate and reduce incident impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field
      - Ten or more years of relevant work experience
      - Six or more years of ServiceNow deployment and development experience in B2B advanced networking, SaaS, or telecommunications solutions
      - Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making
      - Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven expertise in Telecom Service Management and related key modules
      - Experience with consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, and rapid prototyping
      - Familiarity with Developer Portal & API for ServiceNow
