Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Configure user access, permissions, and system settings.
Customize workflows to align with organizational processes.
Design, implement, and test ServiceNow forms and record producers.
Develop custom scripts to automate manual tasks.
Evaluate customer customization requests and propose solutions.
Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders.
Administer ServiceNow instances, including upgrades.
Review major software releases and assess their impact.
Propose enhancements based on stakeholder needs.
This position minimally requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
ServiceNow Administration experience
ServiceNow Forms building experience
JavaScript proficiency
A degree in a related field or relevant experience .

Join our team as a skilled ServiceNow Vendor IT Solutions Specialist . In this critical role, you’ll handle system administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will drive efficiency, collaboration, and seamless software releases.
The location of this position is flexible and can operate fully remote within the United States. S tandard working hours are in the eastern time zone , candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$61,800.00 - $89,600.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
