- Read and understand QOF and LCS specifications relevant to both practice and PCN

- Minimum Grade C / 4 in GCSE English and Mathematics. Proficiency in standard office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Certification in healthcare administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work proactively as part of a team, and autonomously, without direct supervision
- Previous experience of working in a similar role, within a primary care or healthcare setting
- Previous experience of using SystmOne

Job summary
To act as an administrator for all practice income and be cognisant of all income specifications, in order to help maximise practice income streams throughout each financial year these include Local Commissioned Services / QOF / PCN income / miscellaneous income.
