Influencing key partners ensuring efficient custom service delivery and operations
Proactive P&L management to optimise revenue and identify investment & growth opportunities across owned & partner channels
Monitor Key Performance Indicator targets, ensuring you are on track at all times, putting in place mitigations if forecast does not meet target
Implementing a detailed forecast for meaningful measures like revenue, conversion rate by channels, churn, and monthly active users (MAU).
Develop arguments, offering mentorship and direction on approach, taking into account the overall business impact and financial advantages and disadvantages.
Influence marketing activity to ensure optimised return on investment
Establishing and implementing a transformation roadmap on a quarterly basis
Coordinate with delivery teams, to define detailed requirements for delivery of our propositions and sponsor delivery of the change within the business
Launch new UK product propositions for Care+ & Wallet, gaining support & engagement across the wider business to drive execution & improving the user experience.
Alignment with European & HQ teams on strategy & proposition requirements
Ongoing roadmap management and presentation to leadership team with regular reporting against strategic goals
Product & Proposition development and GTM for new mobile device launches
UK market validation, launch planning and execution of global HQ initiatives
Influencing and gaining support from HQ and key partners for new propositions
Experience in P&L management
Experience in subscription and service based industries preferred
Enjoyment in developing and delivering long term vision and strategy, in an environment that is fast paced, fluid and evolving.
Strong relationship management skills
Detail orientated with a dynamic approach to workload and projects
Plans ahead thoroughly and lays out clear achievements
Effectively prioritises across multiple organisations and projects
Likes ambiguity and the challenge of simplifying problems to meet consumer needs
Experience in a complicated matrix structure of inter related teams and lead to ensure that customer needs are met
Future focused, always looking to identify and leverage consumer grounded opportunities for future profitable growth
Detailed product roadmaps aligned with key collaborators
Cyclical review of projects and deliverables, making adjustments as needed
Structured actuals tracking against critical metrics forecasts
Strong relationships with channels, customers, technical specialists, executive management and the industry to position Samsung’s Services as market leading
Market analytical output
Examined arguments and retrospectives to attribute projects to key performance indicators.
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week

The Samsung Services UK team is working across the division delivering Samsung Services such as insurance (Samsung Care+), digital pay and non-payment functionality (Samsung Wallet) and on device revenue partnerships to the UK market. The team interacts closely with the European Services team (UK/Chertsey) and the Headquarters (Korea) team to ensure success.Role and Responsibilities
