What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on product installation, operation, and maintenance
- Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals and hands-on demonstrations
- Provide technical writing and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify and address customer training needs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance training programs and materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in technical training and technical writing in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions
- Willingness to travel 10-50% to customer locations, with a valid driver's license
