Sessional Lecturer, Women's and Gender Studies Program
The Women’s and Gender Studies program in the Department of Political Studies invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following courses during the following session(s):
2025-2026 Regular Session
Course Number, Section, and Name: WGST 112.3 (06) Introduction to Women and Gender Studies
Term and Course Dates: Term Two (January 6 to April 7, 2026)
CRN: 25817
Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture
Course Schedule: Tuesday 6:00pm – 8:50pm
Expected Enrollment Limit: 70
Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Minimum of an M.A. degree; but Ph.D. degree is preferred. Previous teaching experience in a university setting is considered an asset.Course Number, Section, and Name: WGST 250.3 (02) Performing Masculinities
Term and Course Dates: Term Two (January 6 to April 7, 2026)

Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture
Course Schedule: Wednesday, 1:30 pm – 4:20 pm
Expected Enrollment Limit: 45
Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Minimum of an M.A. degree; but Ph.D. degree is preferred. Previous teaching experience in a university setting is considered an asset.A valid driver’s license is required for any off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
