      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the Setter Department, overseeing daily operations and team performance
      - Build and optimize outbound lead generation strategies, including call scripts and objection handling
      - Develop best practices for appointment setting and lead scoring
      - Implement AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
      - Conduct training and onboarding for new setters while managing team KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing sales development or appointment setting teams in a high-ticket B2C environment
      - Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment setting processes
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and data management
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
      - Excellent leadership skills with a focus on ongoing rep development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tools like Outreach, Apollo, or HubSpot Sequences
      - Background in online education, coaching, or info-product sales
      - Familiarity with configuring power dialers and automation systems
      - Proven ability to foster team culture in a remote setting
