      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a team of registered and advanced practice nurses providing telehealth support for sexual assault examinations
      - Recruit, hire, and train new teleSANE staff members
      - Develop policies, procedures, and training materials for the SAFE-T program
      - Collaborate on grant applications, progress reporting, and data collection efforts
      - Ensure compliance with IT security, HIPAA, and organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in nursing with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience
      - Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania and ability to obtain licensure in partner states
      - 6+ years of experience as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE)
      - IAFN SANE certification (SANE-A or SANE-P)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
