Welcome to the Shanghai Disney Resort Frontline Internship Program application!
Along the magical journey provided by the program, you will get to know a group of Cast Members from all over the world. Through customized development courses and on-the-job training opportunities, you will learn how to deliver quality customer services with the Disney Difference. Furthermore, you will improve your communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and gain in-depth teamwork and networking experience while you work and grow at an international platform.
Upon the completion of the internship, you will have an opportunity to work full time with us and continue your career story at Shanghai Disney Resort. •Willing to create happiness and be courteous to our guests, with good communication skills, a service mindset, and the ability to take the initiative to provide solutions.
•Be able to work for a minimum of six consecutive months and work different shifts.
•Willing to work both indoors and outdoors.
•Eighteen years old and above, currently enrolled in a college degree program, major not limited.
•Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.

Work Location:
You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.About the company
