• Postgraduate qualification MBA/Finance/HR/Operations/PM or a professional credential relevant to the role.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing and leading the support services in a large organization.
• Excellent and concise spoken and written English communication skills. A strong communicator with the ability to act with clarity and consistency.
• Strong experience working with Global stakeholders and collaborating across various levels of leadership across multiple shared services offerings (e.g., admin, HR, IT, procurement).
• Proven experience in creating strategic plans aligned with high-level organizational goals; and leading the achievement of strategic goals and objectives by delivering high-quality customer-focused services.
• Strong people management skills with demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent organization, planning and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience with development of data management systems/analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience coaching/mentoring and building high performing teams.
• Results-oriented and ability to achieve high quality results consistent with the organization’s standards.
• Anticipates change in order to adapt plans and priorities. Delivers excellence.

We are hiring Shared Services Manager for Pune location who will work in conjunction with internal stakeholders from across the organization, responsible for designing and delivering the shared services teams’ long-term strategic roadmap and delivering against the associated strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
• Manage day to day operations of the shared services business centre(s) & oversee internal operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of the organization's various business centres across globe.
• Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business centre leaders outside of Pune, understand their needs and requirements and ensure that shared services are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Lead new projects/process transitions which can be based on either systems or people and executing them in a successful manner.
• Support our strategic growth priorities including recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Hire, train and/or develop a high performing team. Provide mentoring/coaching, develop leadership skills, provide inputs to and manage career development and annual performance management goals.
• Manage and lead teams of professionals who provide services across multiple functions globally, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders outside of India, to identify opportunities for process improvements and service excellence.
• Develop and maintain service levels and ensure they are met or exceeded. Play an enabler role in various business processes to deliver the highest quality of services. Drive cross collaboration in the teams and support the regions to achieve the desired customer experience.
• Develop, streamline, and automate systems/processes to enhance operational effectiveness and work towards continuous improvement.
• Define key metrics for business centre performance, measuring and benchmarking performance
• Accountable for administrative budget management and approvals.About the company
