Comporium Foundation Management: Advise and support Foundation Board of Directors in the planning and execution of quarterly meetings. Track and analyze asset balances for minimum distribution compliance. Plan, oversee and direct the distribution of funds. Compile information and reports needed for annual tax return. May serve as Foundation officer if electe4d by Board.
Shareholder Relationship Management: Assume primary responsibility for financial and administrative matters for assigned Shareholders including asset management and reporting. Assists in estate and financial planning, estate administration and implementation of planning techniques for assigned Shareholders.
Shareholder Tax Compliance: Manages electronic filing of all returns. Assists with review of completed returns; assembles tax source documents and performs other return processing as needed.
Shareholder Ownership Interest Support: Facilitates transfer of various family company ownership interests, and tracks/analyzes individual and family unit comprehensive ownership positions.
Shareholder Services Support: Participates on Shareholder Services team projects, as needed, which benefit the operation and efficiency of the Shareholder Services Group.
BS or BA in Business or similar field
5 plus years of related work experience
Requires a warm and professional demeanor and an eye for detail and accuracy.
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Quicken and tax preparation software a plus
Exceptional Communication Skills
Exceptional Organizational Skills
SC Notary a plus
Yellow Belt Training
