      Role Name: SharePoint Administrator – SharePoint/M365, Corporate Technology

      Desired Experience Range: 6 years to 10 Years

      Location of Requirement: Hyderabad

      Tech Profile/Essential Skills

      • 3+ years’ experience as SharePoint Administrator.
      • 2+ years’ experience of Atlassian Jira.
      • Previous experience as part of a support team.
      • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket management and reporting.
      • Strong problem-solving skills.
      • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical items in a way end-users can understand.
      • ShareGate experience.
      • High fluency in English with strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
      • Experience with SharePoint functionality - architecture, sites, apps and webparts, workflows and integrations.
      • Experience of working in software delivery methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, DevOps.

      Education and Professional Skills

      • Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
      • Self-starter with excellent initiative and ability to encourage others with a solid focus on
      collaboration and partnership.

      Detailed Responsibilities

      • Work effectively in an inclusive and open culture, working with global teams.
      • Ability to establish successful working relationships with a diverse set of personalities and functions in a dynamic global environment.
      • Work with scrum master on new requirement and support requests in Jira, resolving any issues and fulfilling new requirements, once the product owner and communications manager have approved them.
      • Manage approved changes to site collections and sites and create new sites.
      • Perform a monthly health check on the Connect navigation, global content and key functionality.
      • Manage permission requests for sites and site collections, as per direction of their owners.
      • Ensure changes are compliant and security best practice (least privilege principle).
      • Monitor platform performance and ensure availability.
      • Provide end-user training where needed.
      • Maintain change and platform related documentation.
      • Be part of any knowledge transfer acti vities from feature team.
      • Actively participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyse requirements and estimates of work.
      • Align to business and technical priorities and understand customer requirements.
      • Present and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation including technical and non-technical audiences, leadership, and management.
