- The SharePoint Online UX/UI Designer and Developer will support the modernization of intranet pages and work directly with stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs.
- The role includes content migration, customization of SharePoint components, development of workflows, and providing technical support for SharePoint-related issues.
- Gather user requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Migrate content from existing intranet sites to modernized SharePoint pages.
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly intranet pages using SharePoint Online.
- Customize SharePoint components, including web parts, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Develop custom themes, templates, and branding elements per guidelines.
- Optimize site navigation and structure for usability.
- Implement best practices for content management and communication.
- Develop workflows and automation to improve content publishing.
- Perform business analysis and design to support SharePoint solutions.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for SharePoint issues.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint site/application issues and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate SharePoint solutions.
- Stay up to date with SharePoint trends and best practices.
- Perform business requirements and complex design using out-of-the-box SharePoint components.
- Validate content and data used during migration efforts.
- Resolve operational issues with SharePoint.
- Develop and implement solutions as a member of the SharePoint operations team.
- Provide weekly or routine reports on operational duties.
- Work directly with client technical staff and stakeholders.
- Experience in UX/UI design to create user-centered, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end framework knowledge.
- Experience with SharePoint customization and workflows.
- Experience as a Site Collection Administrator (2 Years).
- Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (2 Years).
- Experience using and supporting ShareGate (2 Years).
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online (2 Years).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing and implementing custom web parts and themes.
- Experience using PowerShell to manage SharePoint features (2 Years).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online admin portal and reporting tasks (2 Years).
- Experience with the client’s IT/IM policies, standards, and guidelines (1 Year).
- Experience with Central Administration in a SharePoint environment (2 Years).
- Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications (2 Years).
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Proficient in content migration and automation
- Experience in business analysis and SharePoint solution design
- University degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of experience
- OR 2-year diploma with 6 years of experience
- OR 1-year certificate with 7 years of experience
- OR Professional certification with 8 years of experience
