        • Key technical resource for the customer
        • Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance

        • Fluent English oral and written communication
      Technical Expertise Required
      Level 200/300 of SharePoint on-prem - Experience in one or more of these areas is required
        • SharePoint Desired State Configuration (Required)
        • SharePoint architecture / Topology
        • SharePoint Service Applications
        • SharePoint Troubleshooting skills
        • SharePoint Authentication Providers
        • SharePoint (Zero downtime) patching
        • SharePoint Basics for instance how to create sites, list, manage permission etc.
        • SharePoint Disaster Recovery scenarios
        • Upgrading between SharePoint versions
        • Managing, maintaining, and migrating Enterprise SharePoint Server
        • Scaling Enterprise SharePoint environments
        • Configuring SharePoint Hybrid solutions
        • Migrating to SharePoint Online
      Experience in one or more of these areas is desirable
        • Active Directory (Domains, Trusts, Forest, LDAP, Kerberos)
        • AD Security (Groups, Permission, Logon, Authentication)
        • Protocols (Understanding of network traffic, Packets, frames, TCP/IP)
        • Tools (Netmon, Fiddler)
        • Windows Tools (MMC, perfmon, event viewer, Regedit)
        • IIS Experience with troubleshooting tools (IIS logs, event viewer, TaskManager, Perfmon, Sysinternal tools, Windbg)
        • IIS Architecture (Architecture, HTTP Protocol, IIS Logging, SMTP, SSL, IIS Bindings, ISAPI Filters, HTTP Handlers and HTTP Modules)
        • SQL Server
        • DNS
        • Understand how Microsoft 365 platform components interact with SharePoint Online
        • Configuring SharePoint Online deployments and configurations
        • Configuring OneDrive deployments and configurations
        • Information Protection in Microsoft 365
      • At least 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers in any of the following: providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, technical support, solution development, account management
