      Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform duties as a SharePoint Site Administrator and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator, assisting in the creation of web pages that support embedded analytical products and data visualization.

      How Role will make an impact:
      • New development and maintenance of Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as providing monthly activity reports to support contract deliverables.
      • The role requires excellent communication skills for training others, developing comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting software performance issues, and supporting data analysis and job monitoring processes.
      • The candidate will also design and distribute query and report formats, support survey/assessment services, and evaluate and implement feasible solutions to enhance our enterprise systems.
      • SharePoint Administration: Perform duties as SharePoint Site and Site Collection Administrator, including managing site permissions, settings, and overall structure. Assist in creating web pages with embedded analytical products and data visualization.

      • Power Platform Development: Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Provide monthly activity reports to support contract deliverables.

      • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation outlining procedures for program execution and parameter settings. Assist in creating online tutorials and help screens. Train others and communicate SharePoint-specific functionality and constraints to the government.

      • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data analysis, documentation, job scheduling, and job monitoring support for data exchange processes. Design and distribute query and report formats for user content, status, and exception data.

      • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to the end-user community for survey/assessment environment problems. Assist in troubleshooting software performance issues and provide detailed documentation for problem resolution.

      • Survey/Assessment Services: Support survey/assessment services for the environment supporting the LAS. Update graphical representations of the survey/assessment infrastructure using Microsoft Visio and other software solutions.

      • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather functional requirements via user groups, technical meetings, site visits, and surveys. Analyze and evaluate Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products for feasibility and usability, and develop gap analyses.

      • System Evaluation and Maintenance: Conduct legacy and NMCI system evaluations to ensure HW/SW compatibility and performance. Perform analysis of requirements and programs using HTML, Flash, ASP.NET, SharePoint, and other tools.

      • Software Documentation: Document all software and run-streams development, modifications, and maintenance tasks. Prepare and present system documentation for both system users and Automated Document Processing (ADP) developers.


      What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
      • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
      • Minimum education: High School Diploma
      • Ten (10) years of software, systems/network architecture, project management, and cloud infrastructure related experience.
      • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
      • Working knowledge of Department of Navy IT systems and NMCI.
      • Working knowledge of BUPERS/NPC IT systems.
      • Must obtain 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ CE).
      • Microsoft SharePoint certification within (6) six months of hire.
