What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, configure, and manage SharePoint environments (SP2019/SP Online) within an enterprise network
- Integrate SharePoint with M365 applications to optimize workflows and business processes
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and data security requirements, including Section 508 and PII safeguarding
- Provide advisory support and training through various methods, including in-person and virtual sessions
- Own accountability for project outcomes, aligning work to client goals and building trust-based relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five (5)+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and configuration (SP2019/SP Online)
- Proven experience in delivering beginner to advanced SharePoint training (in-person and virtual)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+, MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals), or ITIL 4.0 certification
- Project Management Certification(s) (e.g., PMP)
- Experience supporting government, defense, or federal projects
- Knowledge of collaborative tool governance and enterprise-wide adoption strategies
- Experience applying human-centered design principles to digital collaboration tools
