      Position Summary

This role will be responsible for advancing measurement capabilities in eCommerce, specifically digital shelf performance for Nestlé USA brands. The immediate focus will be to evolve the metrics drive eCommerce performance across our key retailers and categories, and to craft and lead high-profile learning initiatives to connect our actions with performance. This role will be key to honing NUSA’s knowledge in the fastest-growing and fastest-evolving space in consumer packaged goods (CPG). In this role, you will have visibility to multiple cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, enterprise analytics, IT, digital leadership, etc.), and will be critical to supporting Nestlé’s North America’s strategic business plan and “must-win” focus on Digital Commerce growth.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead the analytics plan for digital shelf at NUSA – drive vision for future-state and roadmap to get there.
      • Support agile delivery of digital shelf analytics, ensuring key stakeholders understand and can access the metrics that determine health and growth at digital shelf.
      • Identify drivers of shelf performance across retailers and categories.
      • Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to determine delivery timelines, milestones across reporting and testing.
      • Assist execution of user acceptance testing, documenting processes, requirements, and enabling execution.
      • Build business cases and results measurement programs and prepare briefings for senior leadership, and to socialize for broader education in the organization.
      • Manage analytic vendors and agencies.
      • Partner with leadership across digital and eCommerce to determine prioritization of advanced analytics projects in commercial program portfolio.
      • Forge relationships across Nestlé operating companies to both share new learnings, and to learn from Nestlé peers.

A few potential reporting & analytics areas you will be involved:

      • NUSA Power BI digital shelf dashboard.
      • Prescriptive Optimization: Agile-model that quickly learns from actions, measures, and adjusts to shelf conditions.
      • Predictive Modeling: turning our burning questions into quantitatively-measurable models to understand business impact at the digital shelf.

Your Team – Who You’ll Work With

This role will be a key leader in the digital shelf team, a comprehensive group responsible for the development, delivery and performance outcomes of product pages at all our retailers. This role will interface with account leads in our National Sales Organization (NSO), our reporting team (Enable Hub), Omni team, marketing, CMI, enterprise analytics and IT teams within the NUSA Digital & eComm Team.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • At least 7 years of related work experience.
      • Experience successfully building and delivering scaled initiatives, including enterprise-wide reporting.
      • Foundational knowledge of analytics techniques (descriptive/diagnostic to predictive/prescriptive).
      • Bachelor's Degree Required. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a similar field preferred.

      Preferred Experience:

      • Basic understanding of advanced analytics.
      • Working experience in commercial functions within consumer products.
      • Experience working with agile teams to rapidly deploy analytics solutions.

      Skills & Competencies:

      • High initiative, self-starter, high curiosity, and able to work with limited supervision.
      • Proven storyteller with data across various stakeholder functions and levels
      • Ability to create long and short term delivery timelines and execution plans, and convey those plans to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Good facilitation and presentation skills, including training delivery.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities.
