Role: SHEQ Tutor (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment)
Location: UK homebased
Salary: up to £50,000 plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits
SHEQ, QHSE, HSEQ - whatever acronym you use, if you know these sectors, and you have training experience, we want to hear from you.
As a BSI Tutor, you will deliver both in a face to face, and a virtual classroom environment, using accelerated learning techniques and proven online delivery approaches. You'll work closely with numerous industry sectors to help them improve their performance. You'll need to be client-focused, creative, and solutions-orientated, to enable you to best support our clients in their learning and development pathway.
The role is rewarding but challenging and there is never a dull day – each client is different, just like each day and each course is different. You'll need to enjoy thinking outside of the box to ensure you meet and exceed our clients' development objectives. This isn't just a delivery role - we want you to be part of our future, and that means we want your input - your ideas, your solutions, your creativity.
You'll be home-based but there will be a requirement to travel extensively across the UK (and sometimes other countries) which often means spending several days away from home, in order to deliver courses.

About You
There are two key elements required here. First - technical knowledge (and ideally practical experience) with ISOs - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, in the Health & Safety, Quality and Environment sectors. Ideally, you will have implemented and or audited management systems standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as a minimum). We are also interested in hearing from experienced environmental and occupational health and safety practitioners who would like to add quality management to their portfolio.
Secondly, you'll need to have Training experience. You need to understand how people learn and demonstrate that you've been able to successfully deliver that - if you can demonstrate that in both a face-to-face environment, a virtual environment or even a combination of the two, that's fantastic.
You'll work to help our clients achieve best practice, so you will need the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at all levels across an organisation, from shop floor to boardroom. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication and people management skills are also essential. Demonstrable experience in business development management and B2B relationship growth is also highly desirable.
