Job Description
- Req#: 108506
- manage a shift team to deliver the brewing KPI targets for the site.
- actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture and lead your shift team by example.
- nurture a passion for quality by ensuring your people have the skills and capability needed to complete quality assurance and control checks.
- constructively oversee Daily Control System meetings and shift handovers.
- develop an understanding of the role and how it fits into the broader Heineken supply chain, allowing you to actively contribute to improving operational performance.
- monitor and minimise raw material and product loss and controlling stock levels accurately.
- previous experience in brewing
- TPM Knowledge
- demonstrated experience of people management and a supportive leadership style
- high attention to detail
- the view that health, safety and quality assurance is a top priority
- an annual bonus,
