- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
