      Responsibilities

      F&B Shift Supervisor duties include responsible for managing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth service, staff performance, and adherence to company policies. They supervise staff, manage guest interactions, oversee inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

      Schedule staff, train new hires, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
      Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
      Maintain cleanliness, ensure food and beverage standards, and manage inventory and costs.
      Assist with sales tracking, labor costs, and inventory control.
      Enforce food safety practices, maintain a clean environment, and adhere to company policies and regulations.
      Requirements
      • Proven experience in food and beverage service
      • Strong leadership and team management skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      • Customer-focused mindset
      • Experience with POS systems and inventory management
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
