Assist on coverage when Assistant Site Manager and/or Site Manager are on PTO or away for a period of time
Being able to complete shifts at other sites outside of the usual home site
Key holder for opening or closing site
Preparation and completion of all tasks needed to open a shift
Assisting/managing patient flow; reporting to manager if surges occur
Monitoring/responsible for site upkeep and cleanliness during shifts
Assisting physicians in facilitating stat orders
Escalate any operational and/or HR related issues to management as it occurs while covering a shift
Completion of items on the operational redbook/managers checklists
Assist all staff on Workflow
Being able to address all items the assistant managers are able to cover minus scheduling
Assist in getting coverage for scheduling holes if the need arises/known during the shift
May be required to complete shifts at other sites outside of your home site
Must be a regular, full-time employee of CityMD
Employed with CityMD for a minimum of six months
Must have acceptable performance for six months (no pending performance improvement plan, warnings

Job Description
The Shift Supervisor role is in addition to the core functional role the employee is performing such as a PCR, MA, X-ray Tech, Scribe, etc. When acting as a Shift Supervisor, the primary role is to be engaged in handling all operationally-related managerial tasks (managing flow; answering patient inquiries, etc). There is also the secondary expectation of engaging in your functional role (PCR, Scribe, X-ray Tech, MA) when needed.

This job will require long shifts, weekend, closing, opening shifts (will depend on schedule necessary at facility) and must work on-site.
Physical requirements
The job may require, from time to time, lifting heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and require light cleaning.
