      Overview

      SUMMARY:

      To supervise representatives in all areas of Player Services. Assisting the Player Services manager in management situations.


      Responsibilities

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

      • Supervise representatives and assist in areas of front-line cashiering, enrolling members into the Player’s Club, major money vaults and remote situations.
      • Assist in training of new representatives in all areas and handling all customer problems, special requests and credit extensions.
      • Assist with scheduling of representatives in all areas.
      • Performing large company bank deposits and researching accounting historical information.
      • Performs the duties of a representative during low staffing periods, performs and decision making duties in the absence of the manager.
      • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

      Player Services Representatives.


      Qualifications

      QUALIFICATIONS :

      Two (2) years cashier experience, knowledge in all areas of player services/cage, Title 31, computer experience and dependability, accounting/mathematical transactions, typing, computer operation and advanced adding machine speed.

      Minimum age requirement is 21

      EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
      GED High School Diploma

      MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

      Basic math skills.

      Language Skills:

      Must be able to speak and understand English.

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

      • Constant hearing and listening to customer requests, working rapidly to cover many locations at the same time, walking up to 1000 ft. to remote areas, speaking in clear authoritative mannerisms, written and verbal communications, directing others, reaching and transporting of storage documents, planning, making decisions and reading.
      • Frequently remembering details, observing and attention to details, eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, fingering, concentrating amid distractions, working at various tempos.
      • WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • Working with others/alone amid a noisy, climate controlled environment.
      • Some smoke and odors.
