What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities
- Assist customers with inquiries, problems, and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them for their business
- Effectively communicate information between store management and crew members
- Lead store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends
- Computer skills necessary for daily operations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
