Applicants will be rated and ranked based on their knowledge of the following job elements:* Ability to perform the work of the position without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT ELEMENT)
* Knowledge of Equipment, Structures, Material, etc.
* Ability to interpret instructions, specifications
* Layout and Pattern Development
* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, etc, for metal work
* Dexterity (Assembly, Disassembly, Reassembly etc)
