Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Valencia CA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage domestic and international shipments.
- Ship hazardous materials.
- Actively maintain the Company’s strict safety protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Driving Certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Pulling, packing, and shipping experience preferred.
- Experience with Netsuite Material Requirement Planning (MRP) software preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of both domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Knowledgeable about different shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Experience with managing a 3rd party crating team preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends contingent on business needs.
- A strong sense of urgency and close attention to detail
- Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is negotiable; higher compensation may be available depending on advanced skills and/or specific experience .
