      Position Purpose:
      Support shipping and receiving functions by preparing outgoing shipments, handling incoming materials, and maintaining accurate records. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

      Position Specifics:

      • Shift: First shift

      • Schedule: Monday – Friday

      • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

      Physical Requirements:

      • Constant: Standing and lifting up to 20 lbs

      • Frequent: Walking, balancing, pushing/pulling, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs

      • Occasional: Work below waist level, fine motor tasks, forceful motion

      • Minimal: Foot use, climbing, carrying, lifting up to 50 lbs

      • Must be able to meet physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the Job Analysis Database

      What You Will Bring:

      • High school diploma or enroll in our free GED program

      • Forklift experience

      • Ability to self-direct and manage your workload

      • Basic oral and written communication skills

      • Ability to work well with others

      • Ability to follow instructions

      • Basic problem-solving skills

      • Basic math and reading skills

      • Basic computer skills

      • Understanding of shop mathematics

      • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

      Nice to Have:

      • One or more years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience

      • Familiarity with bar code scanning systems

      • Experience using online freight scheduling platforms

      • Knowledge of proper loading techniques for safe and efficient truck shipments

      Major Accountabilities:

      • Prepare and package shipments accurately and on time; load trucks and complete all necessary shipping documentation

      • Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and document accordingly

      • Properly identify and route materials to correct storage or production areas

      • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

      • Accurately enter inventory, shipping, and receiving data into the system

      • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards

      • Perform all tasks with attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy

      • Meet essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, as described in the job description
