      In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, which includes inspecting the contents, recording relevant data, and distributing the items to their designated locations. On the shipping side, you'll prepare outgoing materials, ensuring they are packaged securely and accompanied by the necessary documentation for transport.

You'll get to operate material handling equipment, collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders, and continuously look for ways to improve processes. Additionally, the dynamic nature of shipping and receiving means you'll often be faced with new challenges and opportunities to problem-solve.

      Highlights of your role

      • Safely maneuver material handling equipment, striving for minimal forklift incidents, and diligently conduct required inspections
      • Take charge of managing production consumables to maintain precise inventory levels
        Strive to achieve freight percentage of sales goals by efficiently handling both inbound and outbound shipments
      • Embrace responsibility with enthusiasm, ensuring compliance with job tasks and attendance policies
      • Receive, record, and distribute inbound shipments promptly and accurately, fostering a smooth operational flow
      • Foster open communication among team members, actively sharing improvement ideas, and showcasing adaptability to meet evolving business demands

      Schedule:

      Monday- Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

      You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

      • Maintain current Marvin Composites forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
      • A valid driver’s license is required with means of transportation to travel between Fargo facilities
      • Moderate computer proficiency
      • Ability to successfully complete all position-required training
