      Position Summary:

      Performs professionally, the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received and pulled ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts, supplies and product are located and distributed properly in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

      Role and Responsibilities

      • Loaders - Identify, stage, and load finished goods on trailers and box trucks based on delivery schedules and due dates
      • Receivers - Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks to maneuver shipping carts in high-traffic, low-space environment.
      • Organizers - Move FGs off the docks and the floors and scan into racks.
      • Adhere to all safety rules including but not limited to the PPE requirements
      • Ability to follow and adhere to the company values: Family, Quality, Integrity, Teamwork, Resolve
      • All other work as assigned

      Qualifications and Education Requirements

      • · Ability to follow directions and instructions
      • · Must have experience with an electric pallet jack or have high aptitude to rapidly learn to safely operate one.
      • · Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently, as well as work collaboratively.
      • · Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and energetic.
      • · Must be able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment under ambiguity.
      • · Must be able to maintain a clean and clutter-free work environment.
      • · Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
      • Detail orientated and have effective time-management skills in order to adhere to tight schedules.

      Physical Requirements

      • Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently
      • The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
      • The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
      • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
      • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others understand

      Preferred Skills

      • Prior warehouse, shipping or receiving experience
      • Prior pallet jack experience
      • Prior scan gun experience
