Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the shipping of products, including receiving, picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment. This role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as an order selector and assist with the shipping of products.
• Receive, pick, pack, and label products for shipments.
• Log shipments into the ERP system using basic computer skills.

Essential Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the entire shift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work overtime as required, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, labeling, picking, packing, and using pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF scanners and order picking.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a brand new, clean, well-lit, and organized facility. The shift for this position is from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The facility houses finished products and employs roughly 100 workers across three shifts. This is an active work environment where candidates will be on their feet, standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
