  Job Description:

  Join us as a Logistics Material Handler in our location in Sanford, NC facility.

  You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and monitoring inventory. Pulling and processing for shipment.

  • The anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly) and prorated based on hire date.

  More details about the opportunity:

  • Knowledge of bill of landing
  • RF Scanner
  • Experience with PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks)
  • Must be flexible with working some weekends.
  • Knowledge of electronic Inventory systems
  • Knowledge with FedEx and UPS shipping

  Position hours/shift:

  1st 6:30 am: 3:00 pm Monday through Friday (Plus overtime and weekends if needed)

  Physical Requirements:

  Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
