- Supervise daily operations, including receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping of fresh produce.
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed shipping goals and performance benchmarks.
- Cross-train and support warehouse team members.
- Participate in hands-on tasks such as picking, loading, and unloading.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory and shipping documentation.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving.
- Proficiency with ERP inventory systems.
- Forklift and power pallet jack operation experience.
- Experience in food handling within a warehouse environment.
- Strong auditing and documentation review skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in the fresh produce industry.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards.
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable.
- Stable work history is highly valued.

- Staff size: 20–70 (including shipper/receivers, general labor, production, QC, and picker/packers).
- Shifts: Open availability required; standard hours post-training are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Initial training includes rotation through morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
- Casual dress code with required PPE (steel-toed boots and safety vest).
Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
Location: Langley Township, British Columbia
Wage:
$24/hr - $27/hr depending on experience, which would transition into a salaried position with benefits once moved onto our payroll: 50 - 60k.
SHIFT:
Needs to have open availability, will know schedule when hired, depending on where they fit in.
Tues - Sat, or Sun - Thurs
Most likely will work an 8 - 4:30 PM shift once past training (first three months)
First three months, they will work a few weeks on each shift:
Morning shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
