- Req#: 19437
- Maintains shipping records within the AS400 system through daily input.
- Makes minor corrections, codes items, and maintains records of shipping and receiving documents processed.
- Verifies shipping reports against control totals, reviews for accuracy, and distributes reports to the appropriate departments.
- Informs departments of missing or incorrect shipping data.
- Schedules daily shipments and transmits shipment totals to the customers electronically.
- Investigates all vendor exceptions and communicates issues to management.

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will accurately and efficiently record and report shipping data in support of the Warehouse function.

High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of prior data entry or office/clerical experience.
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
