What you'll do
As a Shoot Producer, you will be the vital link between the Zest creative agency team and the Zest production studios. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful planning, organisation, and delivery of creative production briefs and final output. This role requires you to manage the entire shoot process, from screening agency briefs to assembling and coordinating creative teams, assessing progress and final output against the original brief, and ensuring the accuracy and sign-off of shoot collateral. Effective communication and strong relationships with the Zest creative agency accounts team, as well as leading and empowering diverse creative production teams, will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will be accountable for shoot planning and management, maintaining creative integrity throughout the production journey, and providing final sign-off for shoot output. Your ability to meet timelines, KPIs, and SLAs, and effectively manage assets and resources will be essential. By embodying creative judgement, adaptability, teamwork, and efficient planning, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality shoot productions that capture the essence of the original creative brief.
Who you are
As a Shoot Producer within Argos, you are a highly skilled and organised professional who serves as the crucial communicational and organisational link between the creative agency team and the production studios. With your strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and expertise in planning and delivering complex production briefs, you ensure the seamless execution of shoots from end-to-end. Your ability to build and nurture relationships with the creative agency accounts and creative teams, along with your effective communication and collaboration skills, enables you to assemble and lead diverse creative production teams to deliver outstanding work. With your keen eye for creative output, you consistently ensure that the final deliverables align with the original brief and maintain the highest level of creative integrity. Your expertise in shoot planning, organisation, and resource management, coupled with your proactive and adaptable approach, contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of shoot collateral, ultimately creating exceptional work that meets the goals and expectations of the agency and clients.There are three core components to this Zest interview process with one of those stages comprising of an Assessment Centre.
The date the Assessment Centre will be taking place is on 14th March at our Bradwell studio in Milton Keynes.
