- Customer Assistance – Greet residents and guests, assist with purchases, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling & Sales – Process transactions accurately using a POS system, handle cash and card payments, and maintain proper register balancing.
- Stock Management – Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the shop remains well-stocked.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Keep the shop tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing for residents and visitors.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion – Stay informed about available products, suggest items based on resident needs, and promote community specials.
- Work with Property Management – Collaborate with the management team to align shop operations with resident preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Assist with Special Events – Support community activities by coordinating merchandise displays or assisting with event-related sales.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
- Friendly & Professional Attitude: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Cash Handling & POS Knowledge: Ability to operate a cash register, handle transactions accurately, and follow financial procedures.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, maintain inventory, and keep the shop well-stocked and appealing.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using a POS system, tracking inventory, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
