- Perform basic shop math calculations.
- Debur parts using hand grinders.
- Mechanical aptitude to utilize hand and power tools.

- Capability to lift 25lbs consistently.
- Experience with grinding, mechanical aptitude, and press brake operations.
- Machine operator skills in fabrication, assembly, grinding, and power tool usage.
- Forklift operation experience.

Job Description
Join our fabrication department as a Shop Helper, where you will receive training on the brake press. You will need to read blueprints, perform basic shop math, and debur parts using hand grinders.

Work Environment
Our facility offers a complete one-stop metal fabricating shop experience, working 50-hour weeks with a choice of shifts. The 1st shift operates from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday. The 2nd shift timings are to be determined.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hortonville, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
