      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to members regarding inquiries related to major product lines (Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace)
      - Interact with members, applicants, providers, and agents via telephone to resolve concerns
      - Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
      - Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
      - Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Two years of customer service experience, demonstrating proficiency in high-pressure situations
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Employee must not have been excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration
      - Experience working in a health insurance call center
      - State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent’s license
