What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for daily administration of pharmacy benefits for SHP customers
- Work closely with Pharmacy Director, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, and Operations Manager
- Recognize and analyze aberrations in pharmacy benefits functioning
- Monitor services and performance of pharmacy benefits
- Communicate issues to appropriate areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience working as a pharmacy technician with knowledge of electronic pharmacy claims processing
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) awarded by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board required or must attain certification within 6 months of hire date
- Demonstrated proficiency with customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year experience in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or insurance industry
