      We are recruiting full-time permanent Shunter Driver to join our Diageo team in Runcorn. You’ll be working on a night shift, covering the hours 19:00 – 07:00, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

      What you’ll do on a typical day:

      • Shunting trailers on site in both the keg loading and the small pack end of line operations
      • Completing count of kegs on keg loads as part of completion of the shunter configuration sheets to ensure deliveries are correct prior to despatch
      • Opening and securing curtains on the trailers on the bay and the EOL operation
      • Supporting warehouse colleagues when required

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      • A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
      • Experience of operating a clamp truck is highly desirable
      • A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
      • Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
      • No more than 6 current penalty points
      • No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
