- Safely drive shuttle bus to transport guests to and from the brewery in compliance with all DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with guests. This includes: o Greet guests and assist them as they enter and exit the bus. Provide common brewery knowledge and share the Sierra Nevada Story. Answer common questions, Consistently act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the company
- Work with security and parking operations to ensure proper flow of traffic
- Observe and report safety and security issues
- Perform routine Pre-trip/Post-trip inspections on shuttle bus
- Strong customer service skills and friendly interactions with passengers is valuable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to follow schedule and routes
- Maintain proper passenger/guest counts and related paperwork
- Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintaining the cleanliness and all safety equipment on the vehicle
- Valid NC Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement. Driving record must be free of any major violations in the last five years. required
- 1 year Previous experience driving a commercial passenger vehicle required
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide quality customer service required
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, safety rules, company policies, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Knowledge of ABC rules preferred

Safety is of the utmost importance in this role and DOT compliance is mandatory.Please note: This position is on a Per Diem basis, meaning there's no guarantee of hours. You'll be required to work events as per the company's requirements, which may include evenings and weekends.
