About the Role:

We are seeking a highly responsible Shuttle Driver to join our team at Wyndham Bloomington, Bloomington, MN. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from the airport and other local destinations. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and as such, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our guests arrive at their destination safely and on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• CDL License

Responsibilities:

• Transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinations in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Skills:

As a Shuttle Driver, you will need to have excellent driving skills and be able to navigate through traffic and unfamiliar areas. You will also need to have strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and provide them with a positive experience. Additionally, you will need to be able to maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Finally, you will need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that our guests are always taken care of.
