      Jet Linx is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for our Light Jetu00A0aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. It is expected that the candidate lives, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call out time of their home base.u00A0

      The Second in Command (SIC) reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The SIC helps prepare and ensure the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.u00A0u00A0
      Minimum Requirements: u00A0
      • Total Time - 1500 hoursu00A0
      • Total PIC - 500 hoursu00A0
      • Total Multi-Engine - 500 hoursu00A0
      • Total PIC Multi-Engine - 25 hoursu00A0
      • Total Turbine - 100 hoursu00A0
      • Total Instrument u2013 150 hoursu00A0
      Essential Functions:u00A0 u00A0
      • Manage duty, flight, and rest times to requirements of both the company and CFRsu00A0
      • Maintain communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reportsu00A0
      • Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications u00A0
      • Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current u00A0
      • Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate u00A0
      • Convey strong, proactive decision-making skillsu00A0u00A0 u00A0
      • Demonstrate Jet Linxu2019s core values in all interactionsu00A0

      • Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.u00A0
      • Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's licenseu00A0
      • Proof of eligibility to work in the USu00A0
      • Current passportu00A0
      • ATP (ability to obtain ATP)u00A0
      • 1st Class Medicalu00A0
      • FCC Restricted Radio Licenseu00A0
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing when requiredu00A0
      • Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countriesu00A0
      • Ability to release and pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilotu00A0
      • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysu00A0
      • Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience requiredu00A0u00A0
      • Majority of work is completed in and around aircraft and aircraft terminalsu00A0
      • Move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basisu00A0

      Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members.u00A0 Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $195,000 to $251,000.u00A0Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.u00A0 Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with 6% company match, paid time off and company paid life and short-term disability coverage.
