      Summary / Objective: As a Signal and Power Integrity Simulation Engineer joining our team, your role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance of our products through meticulous signal (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations as well as coordinating laboratory measurements and documentation. You will work in a cross-disciplined team primarily focused on developing solutions for both internal teams and our premier customers. Your work will span a broad spectrum of domains supporting product demonstrators and evaluation platforms for passive copper interconnects and active designs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
      Responsibilities:
      1. Design and optimize PCB stack up, launches/breakouts, and routing to ensure optimal performance
      2. Perform channel simulations to evaluate and validate design integrity
      3. Conduct PI simulation, including impedance profile and DC IR drop analysis to ensure reliable power delivery
      4. Use industry and internal tools to concatenate channels, including I/O cables, to generate performance expectations for demonstrations
      5. Develop and set test plans for high-speed SI test requests
      6. Review and verify measurements and results to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
      7. Assist in creation of evaluation kits and customer-facing documentation
      8. Prepare breakout region (BOR) packages and simulation reports for customer reference and support
      Preferred Experience:
      1. 5-10 years of experience in high-speed digital, RF, and/or microwave design
      2. Proficient with ANSYS simulation tools including HFSS, SIwave and 3DLayout
      3. Familiarity with channel simulation tools such as ADS
      4. Fluent in PCB layout tools such as capture database and allegro viewer
      5. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
      6. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and techniques
      7. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team environment
      8. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
      Education:
      1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
      2. Advanced Degree is preferred
